This notice explains how PROWORKS BUILDING AND MAINTENANCE LTD (company number 13543704) uses personal information sent to us through this website. We are the data controller for that information.

What we collect

When you send an enquiry we receive the details you enter: your name, phone number, email address, town or postcode, the service you're interested in and your message. We don't use tracking or advertising cookies on this site.

How we use it

We use your details only to reply to your enquiry, arrange a visit or quote, and carry out any work you ask us to do. Our lawful basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries. We never sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing.

Who we share it with

Enquiries are delivered to us by email through our email provider, and this website is hosted by Vercel. These providers process data on our behalf and only as needed to run those services.

How long we keep it

If your enquiry doesn't lead to any work, we delete it within 12 months. If we carry out work for you, we keep the related records for as long as we need to for accounting, tax and warranty purposes — normally six years.

Your rights
